The analogue transmissions in this area are due to cease in 2009 (see www.dtt-tx-info.org/dso.html) so my recommendation is to upgrade to a digital aerial. Aerials are graded for their quality (ability to pick up a signal) and I mainly install High Gain Aerials, the cost with bracketry and cabling to one TV point is Ј125. If a customers property is low lying i.e. the high street in Bradford on Avon or the Centre of Bath then an amplifier will be required and I will install a masthead amp to further improve the signal. The extra cost required is Ј25 and from experience I can quote and fix the price once I know the location.

Radio Aerials (FM & DAB)

In the majority of cases where general FM reception is required a standard omni (Halo) shaped aerial offers a neat and quick solution. Where better FM reception is required a more directional aerial can be installed 3-4 elements.

If you have one of the new digital radios that has provisions for connecting an aerial then we can supply and install a DAB aerial to further improve the signal.

All radio aerials can be mounted on the same mast as your current TV aerial and the signal can even be sent down your existing TV aerial cable so that only one cable enters the property

The cost of a radio aerial would be in the region of Ј70-Ј100.
